The winding approach rises quietly through the landscape before opening onto an elegant entrance courtyard, where a tranquil fountain marks the beginning of a different pace of life. Set on an elevated and exceptionally private plot of almost 6,000 square metres, the residence enjoys uninterrupted views stretching across the coastline towards the unmistakable silhouette of La Concha.

Daylight, treated as material.
Light has always been one of the architects of this house. From the first glow of morning to the final warmth of sunset, it moves gently through vaulted ceilings, across natural stone floors and beneath graceful arches, changing the atmosphere from hour to hour.
Large windows dissolve the boundary between architecture and landscape, allowing the gardens, mountains and Mediterranean horizon to become part of everyday life.
Architecture
Andalusian language, quietly contemporary.
Designed by AMES, the residence draws inspiration from the enduring language of Andalusian architecture while embracing a refined contemporary expression. Natural stone, handcrafted materials and carefully balanced proportions create spaces that feel timeless rather than fashionable.
Every room has been designed to frame light, landscape and privacy before decoration. The architecture never competes with its surroundings. It simply belongs.
Gather
Life moves outward.
Morning begins with coffee overlooking the coastline while the scent of lavender and pine drifts through the terraces. As the day unfolds, shaded courtyards become places for long Mediterranean lunches, quiet conversation and afternoons spent beside the infinity pool.
Time seems to slow here. Almost without noticing.
Gardens
Grown into the land.
The gardens feel as though they have grown together with the house over generations. Stone pathways wind between mature cork oaks, olive trees and Mediterranean planting, while changing shadows move quietly across the landscape throughout the day. Every terrace and every quiet corner feels connected to the landscape beyond.
